Help with your photo library, purchases, and privacy.
Contact alphanogn@icloud.com. Include your app version, iOS version, and a short description of the problem. Please do not send private photos, passwords, or payment details.
Photo access
Supur needs Photos access to display and review your library. With limited access, only selected items appear. Use “Manage selection” in the app to change them, or manage access in iOS Settings.
Restore your purchase
Open Settings in Supur and choose “Restore Purchase”, using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Restore is also available on the Supur Pro screen.
Deleted items
Approved deletions move to Photos → Recently Deleted. You can recover them there within 30 days. Storage is released after items are permanently removed from that album.
Privacy
Your photos are processed on your device. Supur has no account, ads, analytics, or developer-operated server. Apple may download iCloud Photos to your device when needed.
